A low exposure photo looks darkened 
While, a high exposure photo often looks bright 

2. Shutter Speed
Shutter speed is the amount of time your camera’s sensor is exposed to light. Faster shutter speeds freeze motion, while slower speeds can create motion blur for artistic effects.

Slow shutter speed is often used to capture the trails of moving objects 
The shutter speed used is 10 seconds

Fast shutter speed is used to freeze the motion of an instantaneous event
Shutter speed used here is 1/5000 seconds
